Shipping fees

Shipping costs on the Agati.it website are calculated automatically at the time of purchase.

For the Italian market:

  • €10 for purchases of less than €250
  • Free for purchases equal to or greater than 250 Euros

For the foreign market, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery is intended at street level. For delivery needs other than those indicated above, contact our staff at the email address shop@agati.it.

 

How are delivery times calculated?

In the tab of each product you will find the indication of availability under the cart. To this it will be necessary to add the estimated days of the courier's standard shipment (about 3 days).
In Stock. We ship within 24-48 hours, the goods are ready for delivery and the shipment will be organized at the latest within the day following the purchase (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
We ship in 3-4 weeks as the product is not in stock and the order must be forwarded to the supplier, who will give us a more accurate delivery forecast within a few days.
3-4 weeks are the standard times to allow our suppliers to fulfill orders and we are committed to respecting this timing, barring unforeseen events related to production by companies .


In any case, we communicate all updates to our customers with the utmost transparency.


Once the goods have been shipped, our customers are notified with the instructions to welcome the courier and waybill to track the status of the delivery.

NB Due to the historical period, the manufacturing companies may have problems in guaranteeing the standard delivery times with the production of some items.

What to do when the courier delivers your order?

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note or transport document (DDT);
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered;
  • any anomalies must be immediately notified to the courier who carries out the delivery, adding the words collection with reserve for damaged package , or collection with reserve for open package or collection with reserve for missing packages on the appropriate accompanying document.

Once the courier's document has been signed, it will not be possible to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
